Why I Started Mimi's Express
I spent 26 years as a professional bus operator, part of more than 30 years in transportation. Day in and day out, I was responsible for getting people safely where they needed to go, and I’m proud of the excellent driving record I built along the way.
When I retired, I found I wasn’t ready to stop doing the thing I love most: helping people get around. Too many people in our community can’t drive themselves to an appointment, a treatment, or a day program, and getting there shouldn’t be a struggle. I started Mimi’s Express Transport Services to give Charlotte families a ride they can count on, from someone who cares about doing it right.
What I Believe
My promise is simple: safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for every rider. That means showing up on time, driving carefully, and treating you with patience and respect from the moment I pull up to the moment you’re safely inside.
